What Happens If You Exceed Your Plan Limit

If you exceed the Monthly Active Users (MAUs) included in your plan, we'll automatically add capacity so your tours keep running.

Automatic upgrades

When you exceed your plan's MAU limit, additional MAU bundles are automatically added to your account. This ensures your product tours continue working without interruption.

The account owner will receive an email notification when this occurs, so you're always aware of any billing changes.

Pricing

If you exceed your plan's MAU limit, you'll be automatically upgraded to the next tier to accommodate your usage.

Monitoring your usage

You can view your current MAU usage in the Hopscotch dashboard. We recommend checking your usage periodically to avoid unexpected charges.
